For Robot 1-X to operate, your data is used/stored in the following way:
- Your full messages and media are stored in our database for up to 60 days.
This provides us with the ability to provide 1-X with chat context, so it understands you better. - We may keep a summarized version of your message history – not the messages themselves, and not any media – for longer than 60 days.
That allows 1-X to have more context about who you are. - We store metadata about your messages, such as when they were sent and how many resources they are using – but not the messages themselves – for each message.
This metadata may be stored indefinitely, either by us, or by other vendors (example: Meta when using WhatsApp). - We pass some of your messages, and summarized message history, to other vendors (such as OpenAI, Microsoft and others) in order to support features you want.
OpenAI and Micrsofot do not use this data for training. - Messages received or sent through WhatsApp and Telegram are bound by these products’ respective privacy settings as well.
- When debugging issues with Robot 1-X, we may look at specific messages which cause Robot 1-X to misbehave; and may also use them to augment Robot 1-X’s testing database. We will not include any personal data in such test databases.
We do not use your data in any other way, and will not provide this data to any vendor, except when explicitly needed to provide you with the service.
In no case will any of the data stored on our servers be used for ads or other marketing.
